This Agreement shall take effect on the Agreement Date: and shall expire on 3 calendar months after the Commencement Date.
The Seller shall disclose any existing issues relating to the vehicle. The Seller shall be responsible for any maintenance or repairs that are required to be carried out due to any existing issues relating to the vehicle or while the vehicle is consigned to CARS AND WATCHES PTE LTD
During consignment period, CARS AND WATCHES PTE LTD possess the only exclusive right to advertise and to transact the sale of the above-mentioned vehicle.
There will be two payouts if the Purchaser's loan amount is higher than the Seller's vehicle outstanding settlement or the vehicle is not under financing. First Payment will be on handover date and final payment will be made within 3 working days after handover date.
The Seller shall not appoint another party to assist him/her in selling the above-mentioned vehicle after consigning the same to CARS AND WATCHES PTE LTD
The expected sale price shall be S$ as agreed by Seller
The Seller shall pay CARS AND WATCHES PTE LTD commission of *S$ /at the rate of % of the transacted price of the Vehicle at the time of sale. There will be no commission if the vehicle is not sold.
This agreement can be terminated at any point of time by Seller or CARS AND WATCHES PTE LTD before the deposit is collected
The Seller shall reimburse CARS AND WATCHES PTE LTD for all advertisement cost upon withdrawal from consignment.

Unless expressly stated, this agreement is subjected to the vehicle being accident-free. In the event that the vehicle is found to not be accident-free, the Purchaser reserves the right to rescind this agreement or revise the price accordingly.

Unless otherwise agreed, vehicle shall be delivered to the Purchaser within seven (7) days from the date of this agreement.

It is the Seller's responsibility to ensure the above vehicle's ownership is transferable and is free from all encumbrances.

In the event that the Seller is unable to transfer the above vehicle, the Seller will have to refund all the money incurred on this purchase to the Purchaser.

Remarks

Upon signing of this Agreement, the seller has fully agree to authorize the Purchaser to obtain and use of the above vehicle's transaction PIN that provides by LTA. The Seller agrees to sell the vehicle at the price with the terms and condition stated overleaf.
