Cars and Watches Pte Ltd acts solely as an intermediary in the consignment sale of the Vehicle and shall not be liable for any disputes, claims, or obligations arising between the previous Seller and the Purchaser.
Any monies collected from the Purchaser is on behalf of the Seller and will be transferred to the Seller subsequently.
In the event of the purchaser's failure to pay the balance, Cars And Watches Pte Ltd shall have the right to retain the car and forfeit the deposit paid by the purchaser.
The Purchaser have fully checked and accept the vehicle as per it is existing condition.
The Purchaser shall be fully responsible for any illegal acts relating to the use of the vehicle, including traffic offences as from -
