Unless expressly stated, this agreement is subjected to the vehicle being accident-free. In the event that the vehicle is found to not be accident-free, the Purchaser reserves the right to rescind this agreement or revise the price accordingly.
Unless otherwise agreed, vehicle shall be delivered to the Purchaser within seven (7) days from the date of this agreement
It is the Seller's responsibility to ensure the above vehicle's ownership is transferable and is free from all encumbrances
Cars And Watches Pte Ltd acts solely as an intermediary in the consignment sale of the Vehicle and shall not be liable for any disputes, claims, or obligations arising between the Seller and the next Purchaser.
In the event that the Seller is unable to transfer the above vehicle, the Seller will have to refund all the money incurred on this purchase to the Purchaser.
Upon signing of this Agreement, the seller has fully agree to authorize the Purchaser to obtain and use of the above vehicle's transaction PIN that provides by LTA. The Seller agrees to sell the vehicle at the price with the terms and condition stated overleaf.
